Workforce brings employers together with jobseekers in North Florida. Operated by the North Florida Workforce Development Board, Workforce is part of a statewide network of career centers. Workforce delivers services out of its regional Career Center in Madison and through the daily deployment of mobile career labs throughout the six-county area Workforce serves.

Workforce offers career services to jobseekers, such as job postings, resume assistance, interview tips, workshops, job matching and intensive jobseeker assistance (some programs have specific eligibility criteria).
Workforce Employer Services Representatives assist employers with job posting, candidate recruiting, rapid response (in the event of a layoff or mass hiring), and provide information on training programs and training funds.

Workforce uses Employ Florida (www.EmployFlorida.com) as its premier labor exchange system. In Employ Florida a job seeker can create and post a resume, manage their job search activities, be referred to and apply for jobs, and take interest and values assessments.   Employers can post jobs, search for jobseekers with specific skills and find labor market information.
